Without you

Without you

A Story by The Ugly Rose

How can this be described? The grand feeling of flying. Well, there simply is no way to honestly describe it. It must be done, experienced, and loved.

Now how do you describe this emotion when you have thousands others? You have the inhibitions and allure of the illusions of drugs. The overwhelming stress of school. The pimples!

Imagine that one, single, person that can flip your world over. Put your feet where your head is, and force you to walk with the blood in your mind. Dizzy, topsy turvy, and most likely drunk on pleasure.

Picture what it’d be like without that one person. What would the world seem like? Dank, boring, tasteless, and no longer interesting. The trees have become shorter, the sky more black. School has become a drag, there are no wonderous things to look forward to.

Without that man, I’d be lost. It’s true! My love, my partner, my friend, my guardian…I’d truly be lost without you. Teen years would just be another chunk of puberty without your excitement.

I always have, and always will love you.
