The Imaginative Mind

I am writing about what I write. :D Spur of the moment.

Waves crash and tumble over

the ship floats no more

nose up,

rest sunk.

Then suddenly

I'm in flowery feathery

a meadow with birds and flowers

The sun shines, darkness cowers.

The world shifts,

I am in an audience, performers dancing swift,

juggling fire and swallowing swords,

musicians playing cords.

A shouting in the distance...

A hand is waved in my face.

It's my mom.

I'm late for school again.

Haha, I like this a lot. :) I have definitely had those days where my mind just does not want to stay put on one thing for very long. Nicely done! :)
I know that this was spur of the moment, but I have some constructive criticism. In your second stanza, it would probably be best to delete the 'a' in front of meadow. It kind of stunts the flow of the words. Other than that, great job! :)
