Attila the Hun

Attila the Hun

A Poem by Blake McDuffie
"

Song lyrics I wrote for a history class that I did with my friend's band.

"

Where I have passed....

The grass will not grow

They call me the scourge of God

I may be so...

Rome will not stop me

From getting what I want

Drink up my friends

Tomorrow they die!

Attila my king

Why do you not wake?

Let us cut our hair and skin

SHED NO TEARS, SHED BLOOD!

Who can rate this as death

When none believe

It calls for vengeance
