Take my hand

and come with me

there's someplace else

I'd rather be

a different time

a different day 

somewhere very far away

come! you'll find

you have no cares

there are no fears or worries there

no troubled thoughts 

to plague your mind

or broken hearts

to try to bind

if you would please

come along

give a shout

or sing a song

for our destination

knows no woe

so take my hand

and off we'll go

I do love this poem, it's so hopeful. The rhyme scheme is good and it flows well.
