To Hear A Word

A poem about acceptance. ^.^ Something that I wish the world had more of.

To hear a word
and never speak
against the voice that said

all those things
you 'know' are wrong
to which you turn your head

to see a face
and not to judge
upon initial glance

To hear a song
of any kind
and without bias dance

to hear a word
and never speak
against the the voice that said

just sit and think
and listen too
and learn a thing instead.

Because sometimes you find good in the strangest of places...and speaking of good...this poem, well done. It's simple but it says what it needs to say. The repetition of the first verse was a good move.
