No WordsA Poem by DutchA writer’s curse, a poets dream, a singers trance, a lovers gift.No Words
No number can define my love or quantify this lovers kiss No words exists to show the world the definition of her lips A writer’s curse, a poets dream, a singers trance, a lovers gift To have you in my arms tonight and rock as you slowly drift,
Your presence puts up satin sheets and drapes our lovely solitude A place that only we can see, our kingdom built of molecules I am her king, she is my queen, we reign with love so bountiful With closing eyes, I walk in stride, with pride my love, I follow you
To distant lands we’ve never seen and landscapes that resemble dreams To people that so foreign seem and languages we do not speak I see so keen and vividly, a future sharp and ever clear I speak of dreams and imagery that we will live through out the years
You are much more to me then love, the word does not encompass you Does not suffice, cannot define, does not explain my soul renewed So fortunate that I would find this love inside my dearest friend And for this reason I can see this love we share will never end
You are my sun, I am your shade, I bask in you, you rest in me Your radiate so brightly love you’ve shown me you’re my destiny My lovely Lann, my Kelly Anne, My angel’s touch absorbed in grace There are no words to show you how I love thee now and endlessly © 2017 DutchFeatured Review
