Hiding moonlight

Hiding moonlight

A Poem by Samarth Mali
"

It came from certain things I was suffering from last year

"
You are the shining Sun,
I'm the hiding moonlight,
Eyes are fiery, so bright,
You are more beautiful than night,
Will you ever care for my sight?

Morning brings a thought,
With a dream I have caught,
It has come, tired of endless plots.

Winter strikes this year's end,
I will be gone with the warmth of your summer,
Waiting for you to be born next dawn,
Since you never knew this comer.

I write what I feel is right, may not be right according to 'Laws of Poems' but surely in the realm of emotions.
