Vibrantly LivedA Poem by Emily1 Kings 19:11-12At the end of it all, our story will be a simple one, riddled with adventure and the thrill of a life well lived For she lived with hurricane eyes and he fell in love with the way her soul bubbled up like a fountain, spilling out of her onto the ground as she walked, washing the pavement with the shine of glorious possibilities. And he lived with campfire eyes, and she fell in love with the way his soul kindled warmly like a flame, drawing humanity to its comfort as he listened, conducting energy and strength with the promise of glorious possibilities. For they lived for a God with love in His eyes, And they both fell in love with the way He whispered to them gently, not in the hurricane, not in the fire, but in a still, small voice. And the echoes of this Voice are written for us in the clouds at sunrise, at every sunrise forever. "Beloveds, You are not alone. Creation is a map, and you are called to explore even its darkest horizons, filling the empty spaces with love and fire and glorious possibilities."
