Salt at sea

Salt at sea

A Poem by Stu. T.H.
"

Picturing ideas.

"
Casual breezes take away humidity,
The heightened sun lends a remedy,
The fault in the sand houses some critters,
From beyond the rims we live as dreamers,
Falling behind the coconut shades,
Is the beach for the sea-goers,
Into this grind our shape is made,
Turning golden like noon fevers.

Leon, what a poem!
Thank you for sharing. I appreciate the cadence, it feels like the gentle lapping of waves or the rhythm of short tides on a tropical island.

What sort of beach did you have in mind when you wrote this?
