Lake of Lotus under Eastern Sky

Lake of Lotus under Eastern Sky

A Poem by Stu. T.H.

Lotus lingers past its youth,
White cranes join in leaping hoops,
Noon fades itself to another sky,
Dimming the azure that is ever so high.

Stu,
Funny insight in light of what I just commented elsewhere. My deep blue, unblemished bowl of sky is usually painted white by chemtrails by the afternoon. A sharp stick in the eye of any poet.
