Strange Night

Uninteresting thought -- a crappy post

Marvels count as marvels rinse,
Cryptic words but without lies,
Half past nine over this hill,
I now remember why mountains stand still,
Because they fear the moving sorrow,
That is brought upon by angels without halo,
The unmoving past -- such frights,
The mounting past -- such heights,
Oh -- But this isn't a night to mourn, isn't it?
Of course I must boast of the present as I see fit,
I've grown, too knowing and far too well,
But just enough to dearly tell,
That I do not deserve the gift of treasured life,
But I shall not wish to end any with a knife,
Still -- Lunatic thoughts woven by desires,
On that lunatic moon, reigns a Lunar Empire,
Casting their gaze upon us from above,
While sirens stalk us from their coves,
This world has never had a moment in peace,
If you claimed it had, we'll argue without cease,
But well, tonight I'm in no mood to argue,
Since I have a load of myself to rescue,
From my personal heist of time,
Dedicating my short life to rhyme,
Whatever, tonight I'm full but not content,
Regardless of my attempts to make amends,
Whatever, I will be rightfully sapphic tonight,
Don't let that catch you off guard, nor give you frights,
Screw burnt outs -- I'll play visual novels,
Yes, those kinds I used to play like there's no tommorrow,
Yes -- It's high time I re-live the youthful tendencies,
Such joys only few can grant to me,
Heist of a time -- That is to re-capture a great past,
Holding onto a dead moment -- hoping it would last,
Even if it is but a mirage, why Should we Not chase it?
After all, society is fun, but to yield to it -- is stupid,
So I will continue to indulge in my unorthodox craze,
And hopefully it is not to late--
To be gay, and do crime,
Thus, ends my rhymes.
