Left-behind MillsA Poem by Stu. T.H.Inspired by the Semester-Project that is kicking me in the guts. Am I a masochist for taking inspiration from it?
Fields of grains,
Stretching over the horizons, The sight bring pains, With all the run-down mills, now abandoned, The grains have lost their golden hue, And while the sun, falls, to create an orange stew, Clouds, shades, take over the tops of the mills, And I, stand alone, reminiscing amongst these hills, I stand, solemnly still, Amongst these, abandoned mills. - Stu.
