Drunken Plates under a Shining MoonA Poem by Stu. T.H.Devoted to my Eastern Desires, such are a Seclused Hermit's Thoughts in which do not befit the commonality of our Society. But I pray to that.Drunken Plates under a Shining Moon Her Light shines brightly over the mountainous peaks for all eyes to see, Under this night, I swear to get myself drunken with a thousand plates, The red holder plates, full of wine, all for me to taste, Eastern Desires have aroused me well, Even if this Westernly fashioned soul has no tales to tell, The Moon of the Eastern Sky still hears my yearnings, As I feel my drunken passion -- That is my chest -- burning, This night I sit without humane company, But my rhymes match with the wind's, ring songs so merry, Beauties, such are beauties one can only perceive in their drunken days, When one's gaze blurs and the sky turns into an animated haze, In this dim and lonely night, I am a secluse without a fright, So proudly drunken has I become, When to all sorrow, I am numb, Under this drunken night, when even Moon's drowsy, I sing and drink alone, with scarlet plates, so noisy. - Stu.
