An Unusually Starful Night ☆A Poem by Stu. T.H.Inspired by "Muộn Rồi Mà Sao C™n" (It's so late, but why...), by Sơn Tùng M-TP. The title has a double-meaning that is "It's so late, but Stars are still up".
Loving you tonight, when the stars are still shining,
Like glittering lakes tonight, the Moon has begun her first hemming, Of the glorious dress of astronomical darlings, that fashions the sky, But I wonder, are you still up, on this otherworldly night? Perhaps you've got other plans instead of thinking of me, With a rose as beautiful as yourself, I understand why you would be busy, But I wonder if you might be sparing some thoughts of intimacy, For me, as I do for you, under the nights when stars baring earnest beauty for us to see, Regardless, darling, I wish you a goodnight, Even if you are now might as well be asleep, I know that as long as I think about you, everything would be just right, And I wouldn't have to fear the nightmares that had scarred me so deep, Because darling, under this otherworldly night reserved for remnants, A beauty as yourself ought to be asleep while sinners as I write for our repentance. - Stu.
