Nonsense (3): A childish frustration

Nonsense (3): A childish frustration

A Poem by Stu. T.H.
"

Second to final work to end this break. I wanna make it the strangest and most nonsensical story with rhymes possible.

"
... Darling, I trust you in all matters,
Wholeheartedly, even when my body is battered,
In spirit, you are everything I've sought after,
And everyday and every night, I dreamed of us together,
Dancing around in ballrooms like elephants,
Trick-or-treating the Devil and his tenants,
You know, normal couple stuff amongst youths,
Still, despite the gap being a decade aloof,
I think we can still indulge in childish desires,
'Cause we're cool and would rock the style better than hipsters,
... What? My love, you dislike the idea?
Oh no, then forget it -- Leon, make my speech bubble disappear,
... What do you mean I'm not in a comic?
Then why do my thought process so rigid and stoic?
Is this one of those anime adaptations?
Where studios rush through details with no patience,
You know, at least add a steamy scene,
With me and my lover in a bathtub with roses in between,
... Not healthy, you say? It's "not realistic"?
Since when did you care about non-fiction, you pig?
You're my creator and I demand satisfaction,
Call me The Creature, because I'll spring your Frankenstein a*s to action,
... What do you mean you forbid profanities?
Oh! Right! Swearing infront of my dearest wouldn't be gentlemanly,
Though, I desire satisfaction! You fiend!
And don't go off comparing me to a pervy teen,
I want my lust to be satisfied!
I wanna feel my dearest's body up against mine--
Ow! Ow, ow, ow! My dearest!
You disliked the idea? I was careless!
Wait, no, hun, don't walk away!
Ack! And she slammed the door unto my face,
Oh dear... I blame you now, my creator,
Accursed poet, you cringed my lover,
... What, I was the one who wronged her?
Oh, perhaps, I see your point but cease your bothers!
I curse you, my creator!
And never would I forgive you, forever!

For a nonsensical poem, as you say, this has wonderful structure. Seeing a little version of your creation, breaking fourth walls like the Kool-Aid Man, puts a smile on my face. But hey, what's wrong with giving a guy a little love? Jokes aside, this was a really fun idea I'm glad I got to read. Nice work!
