There is no reason or excuse 
For what I did to you 
I know I screwed up really bad 
I know that much is true 

My heart feels black and cold again 
My veins are pumping lead 
My soul now feels so empty inside 
It feels as if Im dead 

I wish I could take back 
All the wrong Ive done to you 
I wish I could make it right 
I wish there was something I could do 

When Im around you I actually feel 
Happy for a while 
You make my worries disappear 
You even make me smile 

I know Im not a perfect guy 
I know Im not always right 
Ill always be there for you 
For you I will always fight
