In times of change

We see the light

Sometimes it doesnt

Seem so right

But we will see the truth that gives us freedom

 

We need to walk

Our seperate ways

When all we needed 

Was just one more day

My life is playing out just like a song

There never was

Much reason for

Me to close

That open door

And keep lifes heartless coldness on the outside

 

We each get just

What we deserve

Who ever thought 

I'd have the nerve

To keep these feelings I feel on the inside

But now I know 

I played a part

In moulding your

New softer heart

You never know what you have until you lose it

The time has come

For it to end

The pain, the shame

The deep lament

Im sure one day I'll know just how to do it
