None of us know what people are going through in life. They may be depressed or suicidal.
We can make a difference just by doing something so small. Saying hello or smiling at someone, even a nice compliment could make someone's day better.
The past 8-9 months I have been dealing with some issues and I was getting more and more depressed.i just stayed home and wanted to be left alone.
Today I saw that I had a message. It said that they missed my writing and hope I return to the cafe soon. It made my day. That message meant so much to me. I guess I needed someone to acknowledge me.
Reach out to someone, say hello, give them a compliment, acknowledge them. It might help them more than you know.
