Just DriveA Poem by Donna May SmithJust drive ask no questions. Let that petal hit the floor. Let the miles zoom by. Get that speed up. Roll down the windows. Crank up the music. This soul needs a break from this time. Just drive by there at my side. Put that petal down and let it roar out of town. Take me on a drive out of this place Ease the tension from my mind. Just drive so that this can melt away. Dissolve until all that is left is you and me. This old pick up truck and us. Where once again I am me. Just drive and ask me no questions. Just be at my side © 2009 Donna May SmithReviews
