Do Over's ღ KKD ღ

 

Do Over's As a young child Do Over's were easily given But as an adult so many times are hidden The times in life when I do fall short I want to call "Do Over" as an easy abort But with my life its just not that easy Accountable for my actions I must always be. I try so hard each day to get through but some days it seems my chances are few Most days I guess I do ok and then there are others just like today There are those who leave turmoil in their wake Those are the ones I just can't take It just seems every time I would turn around I looked for a Do Over that couldn't be found There are some days I come out on top But on those I don't the hits are nonstop On the few that are good those are surely a keeper but those that aren't I swear I see the Grim Reaper The days that are hard I wish to run for cover But I stand firm and strong for the Lord is my only "Do Over" ღ KKD ღ   Original by  Donna DeLong Matthews April 2010 © 2010 (All rights reserved) Crystal Gayle I'll Do It All Over Again
