The only thing to stop us dead in our tracks

The one thing I crave

The one thing I am incapable of

Most only see it in the movies

If you have it hold it and never let go

i like the format of this! my one critique is that the line "most only see it in the movies" seems a little out of place. it might work better earlier in the poem, but I honestly don't think you need it at all. other than that good job!
