I love when you look at me with that sexy grin

The way you place your hand to slowly tilt my chin

Lifting upward to lightly press your lips upon mine

Letting our tongues intertwine

I love when you hold me so close

Letting me know I mean the most

I love how you take me to places I’ve never been

And bring me back to earth all in the same spin

I love how you tease me

Making every inch of me plea

 

I love how whenever you speak, people listen

How you make every word glisten

I love how when you walk into a room people stare

Like you’re some type of heir

I love how your face brightens

When you do something that enlightens

I love that smile that you can’t get rid of

When you’re truly happy; and above all else,

I love how you make me feel everyday since I met you

Because from that day forth you’ve only made me love you

well, i am not a big rhyme fan...but yours is so natural...it doesn't offset the beauty of this piece for me.

very smooth...and what a love poem...the person spoken about here would just revel in the glow of the love portrayed.

Thank you. I try to make my rhymes flow well with each other not making it sound forced. Like in my poem "Not Her; But I" I think I did an excellent job in that one of making it flow well. And ya the person I wrote this for is very loved haha
