Feminists

Feminists

A Poem by Dominique Lambright

Feminists

Gender roles switched

Gender being changed

Masculinity bewitched

Masculinity deranged

Feminine tendencies

Feminine ways

Manly apprehendencies

Manly sways

Common roles

Common knowledge

Equal tolls

Equal bondage

Fighting for what’s right

Fighting to stay on top

Stereotypes are tight

Stereotypes absorb like a mop

Feminists ready to fight

Feminists fighting for equality

Feminists fighting every night

Feminists fighting for immortality

I agree with this poems message. Feminism and all things associated with it were originally created as a division tactic, and it worked well.
