The peace and serenity

I take time to look up at the view

Living in this reality

I think to myself what a lovely hue

My thoughts with such fluidity

I am pondering why me and you

With all this complexity

Our lives meshing and splitting in two

Again, we are back in square one, anonymity

How often it comes down to this! Love is such a strange game: both sides wanting to "win", yet neither side willing to defeat the other (if the emotions are true, anyway!)

Thanks again, no one has ever said this was beautiful, most people think of how sad it sounds but it has its benefit of starting in square one. Fresh start and new outcomes, lol hopefully.
