Riddle D

A Poem by 外人 (Gaijin)
"

Opinions and answers are welcome :)

"
I am you,
at least you think it,
when you see me.

Sadness, happiness, anger you show me,
and like an expert mime, i give it
back to you.

I'm the friend,
many people can't
leave home without greeting.

I am the maid helping
my lady daily, she can't
live without me, her friend.

I was confused at first, up until the end of the second stanza. I'm slow!

And I totally blushed at myself, because the last two lines are very true for me. God, I am soooo vain. :P

Amazing riddle, I think it is a mirror though I'm not too sure... Keep writing!
