TRANSLITERATION:

Kayoubi desu:

Hi no hikari wo kurasu

Kara mimasu.

TRANSLATION: Light of the sun

It's tuesday:

The light of the sun from

(my) Class I see.

Author's Note

Ok, honestly this poem isn't among my best ones:
poetically speaking the quality is lower than my usual,
thematically speaking, I've already written about this topic in my haiku "L'ecole - haiku",
grammaticaly speaking I've been forced to use a present simple (mimasu) instead of the correct present continous (mite iru) in order to follow the 5-7-5 characters haiku scheme.
STILL, that's a great accomplishment for me: I've written a haiku (5-7-5 scheme, kigo included), a traditional japanese kind of poetry ... in Japanese !! That's the first time I write in Japanese !!
If you're Japanese and I made a mistake, just tell me, I'm just a beginner so ... ahah
