For my Nana....she suffers from Alzheimers but I'd like her to know I'm here for her just like always.

When anger overwrites your sweet, sweet smile

When everyone around you is just another face

When everywhere you go is just another place...

 

I'm thinking of you

 

I'm thinking of you, I'll take your hand

I'm thinking of you and I'll do all I can to help you understand

When nothing makes any sense and you look but still cant see

Thats when I love you most...

When no one is around to help you make it through...
