Beautiful Love

Written for the first gay couple on Daytime, Luke and Noah.

Their hearts weren't prepared to get swept away
They didn’t know one touch could form a beautiful love in such a hard way
There was forceful yelling…the tone of the their voices beated together forming pain and agony to their ears and exploding minds..
There was constant tension…one of them always running away from the other trying not to reveal the truth
There were secret touches…behind the girl’s back something between them was being felt neither of the men could explain
But nothing could be fixed because there was nothing broken
This was the unknown reality to who they were and lips to lips in fear, the connection pierced at their heart
Wanting…needing…but willing to let go and fall out of the moment
What was this?
Why was it so strong?
They wanted to give in but they didn’t want to accept what it would take…

Confusion splattered everywhere in their minds
It was wrong…it couldn’t be right…but after the girl went away there was nothing stopping them in sight
All they needed was to take one more step and fall into love
Fall into the happiness their friendship created for them
So without anything but each other they held on tight
And for the first time, they saw what really mattered

Endless hours of talking…days of just wanting to be alone…months of struggling but never forgetting they weren’t on their own
Together they were weak, stumbling over the edge of the earth but still…
Always holding hands and trying to maintain what they could have of one another..

Sometimes their fights broke down a lot of what they built
At times they were so mad they felt no pity, no guilt
There was only anger burning up all the love in their heart as they struggled not to breakdown
Things were thrown…shattered down to the ground as their love went right along with it but it didn't break. Only the object. Never..ever the love.
For both of them looked at each other intensely and realized the passion was still there
They needed, they wanted, they longed to be together..

They loved the days when their man was so close..
They touched their precious beauty softly as he felt him shiver
They both were waiting for all the love to pour down…to be brought out from inside of them full of heated pleasure
Tears formed in both of their eyes as they looked deeply and said I love you..
They clung onto each other like God was making the other pass away
All they could see was their love and how amazing it had developed to what it was today
They kissed lovingly as they realized what was about to come..
Almost lovers trying not to be numb..
Passionately they became connected not only by what they wanted, but by what their love had given them
A beautiful person. The love of their life.

Confused love…
Realized love…
Found love…
Real love…

Years went by and they never grew a part
If anything their love took up all their heart and all they ever knew love to be
The ring on their hands were proof they believed in what they could see…
Something inside of them knew what was right for themselves for that's what made them give in and let go
Fall into love together.
Forever.
Watching everything that their love has grown into starting from that touch..
Indeed it was the end of lying and loneliness and the start of a new life that their love was meaning and heading towards..
