Anne Frank was Happy

Anne Frank was Happy

A Poem by Annabelle Lee

Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy
-Anne Frank

Now, if Anne Frank could find happiness
In that world she lived in
How on earth are we miserable
With the one we've been given
I don't mean Earth
Because that needs work
I mean our lives
Open your eyes
I have an excersize for you to try
Think of three beautiful things
About your life
Whether it be your family, your job
The house, or the dog
Just pick three
Tell them to me
Write them below
And we'll see how this goes

I like this piece because or some, like myself, its a hard lesson to learn. Anne Frank Went through so many Atrocities in her life, yet she took the time to stop and smell the proverbial Roses. I think if we all took time to analyze our life, how it was vs. how it is at this current time and place, we may see that their is a still a small thread of happiness we can grasp hold of.

This is a wonderful expression of this. My top three are
1. God.
2. My Daughter.
3. My Writer's Cafe Family

Thank you for the morning uplift.

Thank you.
No matter how bad off we feel we are, there are always those whose suffering far out shadows our own. Nice way to put it in all in perspective. And nice to see no typos again. :D
