Murderer Man

Murderer Man

A Poem by Annabelle Lee

She lays on the ground, paint brush in hand
Over her stands the murdere man
Her eyes gaze lifless, soulless, bland
Staring up at the murderer man
Blood spatters on canvas, across painted white sand
She was painting it for the murderer man
A gift, a surprise, a party she planned
To celebrate three years of marriage
To the murderer man
