What`s Leftover

A box is opened, evil escapes

 The sounds of snakes

 The looks of lizards 

The smell of skunks

 And the feels of fleas

 To the annoying, to the ominous 

All escape and flee to Earth

 All evil except one...

 A invisible spirit called... Hope

 That is why there is good in them

I've never heard of that greek myth, so I can't say if the ink captured the idea of it or not. As it stands, it does capture a tale of some sort. The way it's put together reminds me of what might be etched into some ancient stone tablet found by some adventurer as they are splunking some forgotten tomb in Ankara, or Egypt.

One miss use of a word.... line 5... (If you're referring to the bug... it would be "fleas")

Overall it captures a series of graphic events and gives us a tale of why there is hope. I hope that was your intention, cause it worked! =)
