Have the lambs stopped screaming?

Have the lambs stopped screaming?

A Poem by Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot
"

I'm in a horror mood today..... hope you enjoy!

"
Help me change the world to my own

All the darkness will spill through the streets like blood

Nothing will come between my creation and I

Never will my darling detective and I be apart

I will make all the slime of the world cease

Be my experiment, oh delicate flower

A little longer and you will be complete

Listen... do you hear what I hear

Look into the darkest corners of your mind

Everything that hides in the darkness screams

Calmness floods into my veins

To be insane is a feat only the weak possess

Everything will be clear to you soon

Relax... your struggle is over

I find myself going back to this poem a lot and rereading it, but never finding anything to say. It's unique and, well, not so much scary as abnormal or twisted. Twisted always makes for good horror. Well played, anywho! ^^

The dominating character is what stands out here. Nicely done horror poem.
