The Imperfect World (Die unvollkommenen Welt is the German version)

If we could only save our selves,

The world would be good.

If we could be true to eachother,

Then Earth would be pure.

If we could just be obedient,

Then there would be no punishment.

But we're not. 

We're not pure.

We're not all good.

We're always needing punishment.

So there it is. 

The wrong world.

The imperfect world.

The Earth.

We always hear about the bad side of people! Never the good things people have done for one another. -sigh- Nicely expressed.

Sometime the world look bad. There is a lot of good people in this world. Too bad all we hear about is the bad deeds. Everyday people are being kind and helpful. Good deeds are repair with love. Not being posted on the media. A excellent poem.
