Wiseman

Wiseman

A Poem by Some Random Person.
"

Death is no respecter of persons

"
In Rainbow, the color green,
Is significant.

Immortality may be impossible,
But in reality, it's mortality.

We must accept,
the thought of death.

It may, and will
come to us.

No matter,
Don't hide.

Don't be afraid,
embrace it.

We're here on this Earth,
For a short amount of time.

And, for once,
Don't be afraid.

It's in the Bible,
The Quran,
The Torrah.

Death comes,
Embrace it,
Don't be afraid.

Author's Note

Some Random Person.
I don't know. I guess I was thinking about my Aunt who died... I just don't know where this poem came to me and why. It just did.

So... What did you think about it?

The subject of your poem is one that I've explored in my head many times. Its a beautiful thought and subject for a poem. I believe Death is something to embrace, Not something to be afraid of.
