Fear

Fear

A Poem by Blackbird95

Temples in the forest
Feel me please, I'm dying.
Tell me everything's okay
Please stop your crying.
Forever afraid, but couragous as a lion.
Fearful of tomorrow's day
Conquering yesterday's tomorrow.
Are we afraid or are we fearless
Does she wear a cute sun dress?
The tingling in my arm
Makes everything feel numb
If every tree could speak
Id pick my favorite one.
Burning makes them scream
Freezing makes them shiver
Trying to be strong, with Thoughts that make them quiver.
F**k you. No please. Don't tell me I'm not good enough.
I'm amazing, I'm incredible.
F**k you, no stop lying.
The biggest bully I've ever faced,
Was myself standing in the mirror, face to face.
Flower petals, they're beautiful,
Like me.
But I'm just a paper plane
Crossing a fiery sea.
