Hide and Seek

Hide and Seek

A Poem by Brandon Taylor-Black
"

Playing Hide and Seek with Love

"

Playing Hide and Seek with Love

Yet always losing

Caught out once again

While Love hides deep inside

Taunting, teasing

Count to 10 and start

Again

Give your heart to someone else

Bring in a new player

Hide and Seek

Love's victory game

Watching me fail

Miserably

Putting myself through Hell

For the pleasure of 'What If'

Hide and Seek

A game of Chance

But I'll Hide and Seek

No more...

This is an old write, and definately not one of my best writes. No longer, do I play Hide and Seek with Love, I've found my Love.

I like the metaphor of how you describe love as a game of Hide and Seek.
It is a bit of playing hide and seek, until boom you don't need to hide and seek love anymore, cause when it hits, it hits.
Well done with this write hon.
