Forever Falling

Forever Falling

A Poem by Brandon Taylor-Black
"

We're always falling somewhere....

"

        I stepped off the cliff
To begin Forever Falling
A wingless bird, I plummet down
Screaming, Forever Falling
I fell for you
I fell from Grace
Forever Falling
I fell behind
I fell out
My constant, Forever Falling
It's so far down, there's no way back
The pointless flailing to stop my
Forever Falling
Free falling
Suicide calling
My past, recalling
As I'm Forever Falling
Falling in with the wrong crowd
Falling in Love, Falling back out
Life is Forever Falling
Like a feather on the breeze
I fall
Like the golden autumn leaves
I fall
Like the winter promised snow
I fall
Like the rain, the fountain of hope
I fall
I'm Forever Falling
Eternally freeing myself
Releasing the trapped
The prisoner
Forever Falling
Falling

Even though ive read this one before, I still like it.
It's like a description of a bird getting ready to fly for the first time.
