Love Conquers

Love Conquers

A Poem by Brandon Taylor-Black
"

One Of The First Pieces I Ever Wrote For My Lady

"

        Why must thy beauty
Stealeth mine heart
And thy perfume
Captivate mine breath
How much longer must I acheth
Until my arms, you're in
When will, my running tears, cease
When doth happiness begin
Whenst will fate, us together, bring
Destroy the boundaries that divide
Doth thou Loveth me, as I thee
Or, as mere man, am I helpless, alone
Hush My Love, answer not
For in perfect illusion, happy am I
Decieved, not by mine heart nor head
But by a life, tainted and torn
Take with thee, mine Love and Heart
Do with, what thee willst
Entrusting mine to thine, I pray
Love Conquers

I write for pleasure, and for therapeutic reasons...it relaxes me. Why exist in the real world when my own world holds such splendor? That's enough about me though, please, read away, and if you f.. more..
