To See Your Face Again

To See Your Face Again

A Poem by Brandon Taylor-Black
"

Romantic...

"

        A distant kiss
Forgotten memory
A sudden, sharp reminder
Hole in my heart

A gentle touch
Soft caress
Tears
Silently escaping

A photo found
Printed smiles
Happier times that were
Now lost

Subtle, sweet reminders
A fragrance on the breeze
Can set the heart into overdrive
Maybe, Just to see your face again

Memories can be a wonderful thing or a bad thing
Some try so hard to hold on to them, but they can slip away like sand.
Beautiful write hon.
