I do

I do

A Poem by Water Blakmon
"

About a girl I saw once

"

There…

The obscure shadow holds dear

Life like light softness on the nose

Here…

Engagements etch a radiant stroke

My dear before you fade away

Say I do

There I am

The dark whisper in your ear

The scent transcending rose

Here I am

Raged with a black and white

My dear after you fade away

Say I do

There I was

The sound of white light to skin

Life like passions of gray cloven

Here and there

Caged inside a memory broken

My dear stay a little longer

I do
