Mission Education is a national stage programme of Diya India, which is dedicated to providing basic schooling and healthcare to underprivileged children. Diya India believes that whether you are addressing healthcare, deficiency, population organize, unemployment or human rights, there's no enhanced place to start than in the corridors of instruction.

 

Education is both the resources as well as the end to a enhanced life; means, because it empowers an personality to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's attentiveness on a range of issues �" from healthcare to appropriate social performance to accepting one's rights, and in the progression progress as a better citizen.

 

Diya India Foundation educational initiatives encompass Pre-school [3-6 yrs], Non Formal Education [6-14 yrs non-school going], Remedial Education [6-14 yrs school going] and Bridge Course [14-18 yrs drop-outs]. It works for education for needy children who are under difficult circumstances, such as child labour, children of poorest of the parents, children inflicted and embroidered with HIV/AIDS, street and runaway children, children with rare disabilities, disaster struck children and slum children. Special significance is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered.

 

Skill development can be viewed as an appliance to improve the efficiency and donation of labor to the overall development of the country. Recognizing that India's future growth will depend on a much greater supply of skilled workers than is at present available, the Indian government has adopted a fundamentally ambitious plan to increase the skills of Indian workers: the National Policy for Skill expansion, adopted in 2009, aims to create a skilled workforce of 500 million people by 2022.

 

With this aim, Diya India Foundation has been continuously working to provide skill preparation to the underprivileged division of the humanity so that they can earn for themselves and have a monetary stand in life. Training the youth of the country, with a special emphasis on women, to make them self - sustainable is unquestionably the need of an hour.

 

Diya India Foundation runs its Vocational Training Centre at New Delhi. The centre has been education women in dress making, tailoring, bag making, and beautician and needlework courses for them to improve their skill and earn their source of revenue. We plan to enlarge our possibility in skill development by preparing individuals for original entry into employment and particular profession. Courses like ITES, retail and welcome will be obtainable to construct the adolescence of the country self-sustainable. Diya NGO will also help them with assignment post preparation Skill development of the execution population is preference. We have also extended our help by providing them similar platforms to not only showcase their talent but also sell it emphasizing on women empowerment.
