Melancholia

Melancholia

A Poem by Endeavor
"

...just when everything wants to fall apart

"
Lively are my lips,
But my soul won’t sing;
My heart beats rhythm,
But the notes fail to ring.

Winter says goodbye,
At the breath of spring;
My eyes though deny,
To see the light it brings.

Love is there, it shines,
Opens its door to all;
But I blind myself,
To be a lonely soul.

Perfect are my ears,
But they won’t heed a call;
Shadows veil the fears,
In which I hide my all.

Love the flow! Also, the word Melancholia is a favorite of mine, so that much better to me.
