Night of HorrorA Story by DisregardedIt's the time where you hope for the inevitable to go away, with all your hope and pray, yet when time passes you realize there is nothing left than sorrow, the only truth in this cruel world.Once upon a midnight weary, I lied wide awake worried and wrinkled Thoughts were coming back and forth, none of joy, nor of hope It was all sorrow, as you see, the melancholy was building up inside of me it felt as if I was forever rotten and never let it be forgotten. "Oh I love you don't you see?", I cried, "Stop playing these foolish games with me If you are amused I have no shame, but remember that only sorrow will remain So stop toying with me and please see, it's much obvious, well at least to me." The curse was back, hence I was rotten, never let it be forgotten I felt confident that she was within my grasp that only time was there to last " 'Tis just time, there's no worry in me, I just have to wait and see", I murmured, but of different things I slumbered, the thoughts were never about the time, nor the wait you see, but what if the brief wait, became a forever lie, that was the thing that kept me awake all night The moonlight fell upon my eyes, as if fairies were throwing dust I took the time to get on my feet and throw a glance back The moon was gossiping about me, and the stars were so bright, as if mocking me "I am in pain don't you see? So please stop doing these things to me, Nobody asked you to come here and do this to me, so what satisfaction do you plea?" But a lass, in vain I cried the silence and darkness stood there right by my side, both bound and unbroken, never to let me be courted So with these thoughts, sad and rotten, never let it be forgotten I went back into my sheets and gave this midnight of horror a glance farewell. The wind shortly after started rumbling, and only one thing came tumbling like a ghost and its whispers, going on a stroll to the realm of the unknown... " Never, never...Never let it be forgotten"
