My fair damsel yet to beA Poem by DisregardedIt's just something I built from all of the times I've strolled alone with nothing but my thoughts and the secret of the night to keep me company. I've no clue if it is a poem to be honest, you decide"She will be here, she will be there, she will be with me everywhere, my fair damsel yet to be." Those were the thoughts lurking inside my head while I was taking a stroll to wit's end while secretly hoping for her to pass by Oh my fair damsel yet to be. It was a misty night, as I recall praying for selfish greed, I was The stroll went on to a bitter end with the mist beneath my feet, making every step lighter and softer I continued my way up a hill where the whispering of the trees was all I can hear I sat on a bench, made out of wood, the wind greeted me with a whistle that had just occurred. My thoughts were still there, paralyzing me with only one phrase Oh my fair damsel yet to be. Moonlight fell upon, leaving the dusk far behind, enjoying the view from its side There was nothing more you see only my thoughts and me Left alone filled with shame I stood up and walked away leaving the moon and the hill behind my chamber door I lay still Still with my mischievous thoughts I am left to plea Oh my fair damsel yet to be.
