Drowning

Drowning

A Poem by Diseasedneedle

Endless thoughts i ponder
Wondering about your love
Through the stream i wander
Shallow as a dying pond

I am beginning to lose hope
And i might lose my life
All those words i wrote
I should've just taken advice

Double edge'd blade
Sharp as it can be
Drive into my brain
watch my body bleed

We are here but yet again
frustrated by these thoughts
Anxiety, burning flames
All your trust combusts

You arrived in my book
On a dirty, worn page
So why would i overlook
The umbrella that stopped the rain
