Something that remained unknown

"
The eyes opened to a sound, sudden and loud, horrifying too. The forehead muscles twitched a bit making a frown. The hand moved in search of the light. The source of the sound needed to be found out. However, with the movements of different body parts stopped the heart. The source thus remained unknown. Perhaps that is what we call silence today.
