a tribute to Dionysus

i am fallen

and Dionysus has risen 

within me

my song of liberation 

are the soothing notes of the aulos

with this strength i am twice born

this is madness

this is ecstasy

and everything drips crimson

soaking through earth 

with nectarous wine
