By The Hand...

By The Hand...

A Poem by Cherub Apathy

You knew us better than we could ever know
A destiny before the existence
Dead already but we never saw it comin'

And before I could...
I would...

Diving into spite
The hatfully driven spear just drove you mad
Waves of justice bring you delight
Destoying what we had...

Waiting for the ascention...
Waiting for the rise and fall off...
Condescend to eternal slumber
And into the nothing that makes up our fears

Dont shout a war cry...
Dont speak a whisper...
"Dont let me hear a shout until the day I say shout, then shout."

They marched around the walls
Silent as you wished
The calm before the fall
The gently handed fist

Kneel unto the lamb
Beg for your amnesties
His words are like a dance
Barreling in your head
As he fills your cup full of s**t

Now we've come back around
Completed the full circle
Our perils will unfold
Before our very eyes
