It Will All Be Alright

It Will All Be Alright

A Poem by Dindella

In a place where there are no oceans, there is no water, there is no rain
To wash the pain
Away.
There is not a lake
To seal my promises
Nor ice for hearts to break.
And in this place as dry as tears
There is no silent fears. . .
For the voice that clenches
My silent throat is full of thanked New Years.
This hollows day, this hollows eve,
This wicked Christmas time,
Give thanks to the giving of a cool summers breeze,
And delight in being fine.

The meaning is entirely up to you and I'd love to hear what your translation is, why it means something to you or why it doesn't. The more in-depth the better, but that doesn't mean you have to write something really long and depthy if you don't want to. I appreciate any and all reviews. <3 I plan to some day make a career out of my writing, so I want my writing to be the best it can be and every comment or review will help me reach that goal.
