MadonnaA Chapter by DinaPrologue: Into the mind and world of a virgin. Whether the chastity is found physically, or through purity of thought.
Beautiful strangers holding their hands out
Bid me good day and good night I’ve got a zest for life While I wait on the perfect guy Sometimes I dance with them Strive to connect with them They give me long stories And try to pinch my cheeks But I just say “sorry” Ask them to pardon me Cause I’ve got some things to see Is life always this pretty? Or is it cause I’m blossoming? I know this might sound silly But I’m in love with everything And sometimes women, they don’t get me Sometimes men they kind of sweat me But I just want to be free Not rushing into weddings (so) I’d rather wait on heaven To place me where the doves sing And sycamores come in by spring There’s just so much explore I can’t wait much more Maybe he’ll be a king And tell me everything And sing me sweet nothings Hope he’s a romantic Make me his sweet darling And worship beside me And have perfect timing The thought makes me frantic Cherry’s blossom and they bud But I’m rather patient cause I intend to fall in love Moons’ will wax and they will wane My composure rather sane I trust in divine planning I’m a romantic © 2024 Dina |
